Reinod was a wood carver before becoming a pastor in 1992. He became the chairman of the New Life group of churches in 1998 and has proved himself to be a gracious and wise leader. He and his wife Gladys are always ready to show hospitality to the many church leaders who visit their home in Bvumwe and Reinod often travels to New Life churches around Southern Malawi to preach and teach. He has a large family and is also an 'agogo' (grandfather).
