Since the widespread availability of anti-retroviral drugs (ARVs) through government programmes people now have a good reason to get tested for HIV as treatment can dramatically improve their quality and length of life. Churches are becoming aware of their own members living with the virus who previously were dying early from AIDS related illnesses.

The group meets monthly and provides advice and encouragement to its members and Eric and Vicky are able to lead this group with particular understanding and compassion. They also visit people in their homes or visit churches to talk about the issues and give advice.
